Leadership Passage

Clarity and Presence for Modern Leaders

Duration: 3 days
Format: Residential immersive experience
Cohort: 12-18 participants
Location: Nature-based setting

The Rite of Passage is an invitation into a carefully held three-day experience for individuals navigating important transitions in life or leadership.

In a small cohort and a nature-based setting, participants move through a series of conversations, reflective practices, and embodied experiences designed to create clarity before action.

It is a space to pause, recalibrate, and step forward with renewed alignment and presence. Participants step away from operational demands to examine priorities, recalibrate direction, and strengthen the presence required for responsible leadership.

Participants leave the program with:

Greater clarity about personal and professional direction

Increased awareness of internal patterns affecting leadership decisions
Strengthened presence in high-pressure environments
A renewed capacity to lead with alignment and integrity
Membership in an ongoing SkyKlar community, connecting participants with their cohort and alumni network for continued dialogue, mutual support, and future gatherings

This experience is designed for individuals who:

are navigating a meaningful professional or personal transition

carry leadership responsibility in organisations or communities
value reflection as part of responsible decision-making
are seeking space to reassess direction and priorities

The experience integrates several modes of learning:

guided reflective inquiry

structured dialogue
embodiment and awareness practices
time for individual reflection in nature
shared cohort experiences
Participation is by application to ensure the integrity of the cohort and the quality of the shared experience.
